- Order fulfillment: We reserve the right to substitute medications if they are unavailable and to cancel orders partially or fully.
- No returns: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of medications. We not accept Change of mind or cancellations after orders shipped.
- Shipping: We ship orders via postal service. Shipping costs and packaging charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any damages or losses during transit.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 working days.
- We are not responsible of any delays in delivery by Postal service or Customs Authorities in Clearance
